 3. Subject of the Agreement The Website provides the User with access to the Maia Telegram bot t.me/mAiaCoachBot, powered by artificial intelligence. The bot provides services including, but not limited to: Recording meals in a food diary using voice or text input, as well as recording meals by photographing. Recognizing meals and entering data on meal composition, calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates into the food diary. Assistance in creating a menu and choosing the optimal diet based on the user’s goals. The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the functionality and content of the Website at any time without prior notice. 

 4. Registration and Account Details Access to some sections of the Website may require registration. The User undertakes to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep it up to date. The User is solely responsible for the security of their account details (login, password). The Owner reserves the right to limit or delete an account for any violation of the Terms of Use. 

 5. Services and Payment The Website may offer both free and paid services. The description and cost of paid services are indicated on the relevant pages of the Website. Currency: GEL, US Dollar (USD) / Euro (EUR) Payment Methods: Bank Card, PayPal Refund Policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days if the service is unavailable. The Owner is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in the payment systems used by the User.

Intellectual Property All text, images, logos, software code, databases, videos, audio, and other materials posted on the Website are the property of the Owner or are used with the permission of the copyright holders. The Owner is not responsible for: interruptions in the Website’s operation caused by technical failures or external factors; damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website; actions of third parties who gain access to the User’s data through no fault of the Owner.
